Christian Light Foundation was set up in 1997 to administer the application of Christian Light Radio and eventually run the station. It is officially registered in Malta and bound by legal articles making it a non-profit making entity with any surplus funds going to charity. The aim of the foundation is that, through Christian Light Radio, it promotes the message of the Gospel and forwards sound Christian values.

A number of individuals give continuous support to Christian Light Foundation both financially and also through dedicated voluntary work.
